Notification of Dealings byPerson Discharging Managerial Responsibilities
Greatland Resources Limited (Greatland or the Company) (AIM:GGP, ASX:GGP) advises that it has been notified of the sale of ordinary shares by Ms Elizabeth Gaines, Non-Executive Deputy Chair of Greatland, and Mr Michael Alexander Borrelli, Non-Executive Director of Greatland, each a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities (PDMRs).
Ms Gaines continues to hold 537,373 fully paid ordinary shares in the Company valued at A$5,964,840.30 based on the closing share price on ASX of A$11.10 on 2 September 2026.
Mr Borrelli continues to hold 1,243,289 fully paid ordinary shares in the Company valued at £7,472,166.89 based on the closing share price on AIM of £6.01 on 1 September 2026.
