Secure Trust Bank PLC (the "Company") announces that on 24 September 2026, the Company granted 762 options over ordinary shares of 40p each ("Ordinary Shares") to Ian Corfield, CEO under the Company's 2017 Sharesave Plan, as updated in 2026 (the "SAYE").
Each option has an exercise price of £11.93 per Ordinary Share. Subject to the rules of the SAYE, the options will ordinarily vest on 1 November 2029 and be exercisable for a period of six months.
