M&G plc
Notification of transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities (PDMRs)
M&G plc (the 'Company') announces changes to the interests in the Company for certain PDMRs following the reinvestment into further shares of the interim dividend of 13.8 pence per share paid on 30 April 2026.
Christopher Cochrane, Shawn Gamble, Charlotte Heiss and Matthew Howells acquired Dividend Shares under the M&G UK Share Incentive Plan (SIP), following the automatic reinvestment of the interim dividend paid in respect of shares held in the SIP on the dividend record date.
In addition, the Company was informed on 1 May 2026 that the interim dividend paid in respect of personal shareholdings held by Ms. Gamble and Louise Shield had been reinvested into additional shares.
The notifications below, made in accordance with the requirements of the Market Abuse Regulation, provide further detail.
