The Company announces that it was notified on 27 May 2026 that Fredrik Widlund, Chief Executive Officer and Director of the Company, acquired 20,109 ordinary shares of 2.5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") as a result of the Enhanced Scrip Dividend Alternative for the 2025 Final Dividend at a price of 45.79 pence per Ordinary Share on 27 May 2026,
