CAP-XX Limited (AIM: CPX), a world leader in the design and manufacture of thin, prismatic supercapacitors and energy management systems, announces that, on 2 November 2026, Dr Graham Cooley, Chairman, bought 23,026,928 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 0.107 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following the above purchase, Dr Graham Cooley now has a total beneficial interest in 750,000,000 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to approximately 10.10 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
Details of the director dealing are set out in the table at the end of this announcement, which has been provided in accordance with the requirements of the UK Market Abuse Regulation.
