The Company was notified on 17 July 2008 of the following transaction by Directors / Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMR") and their Connected Persons.
On 16 July 2008, Michael Averill, Non Executive Director of Speedy Hire, acquired 5,000 ordinary 5p shares in the Company ("Shares") at a price per share of 411.2p. Following this transaction Mr Averill has an interest of 5,000 Shares representing 0.01% of the issued share capital of the Company.
