Long Term Incentive Plan
TT Electronics plc (the "Company") announces that a conditional award of ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company ("Shares") was granted on 2 April 2026 under the Long Term Incentive Plan 2024 to the following Executive Director of the Company:

No consideration is payable for the grant of award. The award will normally vest three years from the date of grant, subject to achievement of the performance conditions described on page 73 of the 2025 Annual Report and which will be measured over the three years ending 31 December 2028.
Awards are subject to malus and clawback provisions.
