GRANT OF LONG-TERM INCENTIVE PLAN AWARD
On 25 September 2026 Irakli Gilauri was granted 250,000 share options under the terms of the Company's Long-Term Incentive Plan.
The award will vest, in 2029, only if various performance targets linked to the Company's total shareholder return are achieved or exceeded during the period from 1 January 2026 to 31 December 2028.
