NOTIFICATION AND PUBLIC DISCLOSURE OF TRANSACTIONS BY PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

BTG announces the following change in the interests of a person discharging managerial responsibility ("PDMR") in ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the share capital of the Company ("shares").
2020 Performance Share Plan ("PSP") - Grant of PSP options, effective 1 November 2026. The number of PSP options shown is the maximum available if the performance conditions for the three-year performance period from 1 March 2026 to 28 February 2029 are satisfied in full. The performance conditions relate to the achievement of gross profit and operating profit targets relating to a strategic project over the performance period.
The notification set out below is provided in accordance with the requirements of Article 19 of the UK Market Abuse Regulation.
