Tekmar Group plc (AIM: TGP), the leading provider of technology and services to the global offshore energy markets, announces that on 11 August 2026, Fraser Gibson, managing director of Ryder Geotechnical Limited, a subsidiary of the Company, sold a total of 250,061 ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at the price of 14 pence per share.
Following this transaction, Fraser Gibson holds a total of 205,798 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.147% of the current issued share capital.
This announcement is made pursuant to the Company's obligations under Article 19 of the UK Market Abuse Regulation.
