Barclays PLC (the "Company") was notified on 13 June 2011 by the Administrators of the Dividend Reinvestment Plan (the "Plan") that on 10 June 2011, following the re-investment of the interim dividend for the year ended 31 December 2011, the following Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMR") and their connected persons had received ordinary shares in the Company under the Plan at a price of 261.14p per share.
