In each case, on 21 May 2026 the Executive Directors were granted nil cost options over ordinary shares of 10 pence (the "Options") under the Big Yellow Deferred Bonus Share Plan 2018.

The Options are exercisable from 21 May 2026 to 26 May 2035.
