Further to the announcement made on 16 February 2026 regarding the proposed appointment of David Graham as a non-executive Director of the Company, the Board announces that, due to personal reasons, Mr Graham is no longer able to join the Board.
The Board would like to thank Mr Graham for the time he has given to the appointment process and extends its best wishes to him.
The Board will continue to review its composition as part of its ongoing succession-planning process and will update shareholders on any future appointments as appropriate.
