Entain plc (LSE: ENT), the global sports betting and gaming group, today announces that Rahul Welde will be stepping down as a Non-Executive Director of the Company and retire from the Board with effect from 31 July 2026.

Pierre Bouchut, Board Chair, said: "I would like to thank Rahul for his contribution to the Entain Board over the last four years. Rahul leaves with our thanks and best wishes for his future endeavours."
