Directorate changes

Alternative Income REIT plc (ticker: AIRE) announces the re-appointment of Adam Smith as a Non-Executive Director with immediate effect and the subsequent resignation of Simon Bennett as Chair and a Non-Executive Director of AIRE, also with immediate effect.

Adam Smith is a real estate investment executive and Chartered Surveyor who previously served as a Non-Executive Director of Alternative Income REIT plc. He was also chair of the management engagement committee. He is a Director of Glenstone REIT plc, and has experience across public markets, private property companies, and impact investments

Following Simon Bennett stepping down from the Board, Stephanie Eastment has agreed to assume the role of Independent Non-Executive Chair, on a short-term interim basis.

Simon Bennett, outgoing Chair of the Company, commented:

"It has been a pleasure to serve as Chair of Alternative Income REIT over the last three years, but with Glenstone now having achieved voting control of the Company, I believe that this is the right time for me to step down from the Board. It is good to welcome back our former colleague, Adam Smith who I know will be working assiduously for the benefit of all shareholders in the future."

In accordance with the UK Listing Rules, there is no further information required to be disclosed pursuant to UKLR 6.4.6 R and 6.4.8 R.
