Director Change

CMC Markets plc (LON:CMCX), a leading provider of online financial trading and B2B institutional solutions, announces that Clare Francis has advised the Company of her intention not to seek re-election as Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Risk Committee at the conclusion of the 2026 Annual General Meeting. In the interim Clare will continue to support the Board to ensure a comprehensive and orderly handover of her responsibilities.

Clare has served the Board with distinction over the last 4 years and has made a significant contribution to the Board in her role as Risk Committee Chair and member of Audit, Nomination and Remuneration Committees. This has been during a period where the business has evolved globally into a broader financial services and technology company.

The process to identify a new director and Risk Committee Chair has been initiated will be overseen by the nomination committee.
