Directorate change

London, United Kingdom - 1 May 2026 - Landore Resources Limited (AIM: LND) ("Landore Resources" or the "Company") announces that Huw Salter will step down from his position as Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, effective 1 May 2026. Helen Green, currently a Non-Executive Director of the Company, will assume the role of Non-Executive Chair.

Commenting on the directorate change, Alexander Shaw, CEO, said:

As we now transition leadership of the Board, we are delighted to announce the appointment of Helen as our new Non-Executive Chair, who will lead the Company into the next phase of its growth strategy.
