Appointment of Non-Executive Directors

The Company is pleased to announce the appointments of June Ang and Edward Troughton as independent Non-Executive Directors of the Company with effect from 25 September 2026.

June has over 30 years' experience in financial markets, specialising in Asian and emerging markets. She spent two decades in Asian equities, including 12 years as Head of HSBC's Asian Equity Sales desk, and has held senior roles at Goldman Sachs, Citigroup and UBS. More recently, June served as a non-executive director of Pacific Assets Trust plc, was Managing Director, and subsequently a non-executive director, of PEAL Capital Partners, and previously served as Head of Investor Relations at Crake Asset Management LLP

Ed has over 35 years' experience in the investment management industry, including senior roles at BlackRock, Alliance Trust Investments and Oldfield Partners. Having started his career as an Asian equity portfolio manager in Hong Kong, he has extensive knowledge of Asian markets and a strong background in client relations, business development and corporate governance. Ed is currently Chairman of the Salvesen Mindroom Centre and previously served as a non-executive director of Pacific Assets Trust plc.

On appointment, June and Ed will also join the Company's Audit and Risk, Management Engagement and Nomination Committees.
