Directorate Change

Spiritus Mundi plc, (LSE:SPMU), the Special Purpose Acquisition Company (SPAC) seeking to acquire targets in Europe and Asia in the clinical diagnostics sector, announces that Tim Metcalfe, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, has informed the Board that he wishes to step down as a director to focus on his other business interests. The Board has agreed with Tim that he will step down from the Board and cease to be a director of the Company on 31 July 2026.
