Changes to the Management Board and the Board of Directors

JSC "National Company "Kazakhstan Temir Zholy" (the "Company") hereby announces that by the decision of its Sole Shareholder, JSC "Samruk-Kazyna", dated 8 July 2026, the powers of Mr. Talgat Aldybergenov as the Chairman of the Management Board and a Member of the Board of Directors of the Company have been terminated early.

The temporary execution of the duties of the Chairman of the Management Board has been assigned to Mr. Bauyrzhan Urynbassarov, currently the Managing Director for Production Processes of the Company, effective until the official appointment of the new Chairman.

The Company expresses its gratitude to Mr. Talgat Aldybergenov for his service and contribution to the development of the Company.
