Herald Investment Trust PLC (the “Company”) announces that, due to a need to reduce his commitments, Christopher Metcalfe is retiring as a Director on 4 November 2026.
In succession to Christopher, Stephanie Eastment has been appointed Senior Independent Director and Chair of the Management Engagement Committee with effect from 5 November 2026.
The Board would like to express its thanks to Christopher for his considerable contribution to the Company over the last two years, culminating in the move to Aberdeen on 1 August 2026, and wishes him well for the future.
