Board changes

The Company announces the following changes to its Board and Board Committees.

With effect from 1 July 2026, Michele Faull, John Kelting and Susan Shehata have been appointed as Non‑Executive Directors of the Company.

On the same date, Shirley Smith has stepped down from the Board as a Non‑Executive Director, having served as both a Director and as Senior Independent Director ("SID"). The Board would like to thank Shirley for her significant contribution to the Company during her tenure.

With effect from 1 July 2026, David Montague, currently a Non‑Executive Director, has been appointed as the Company's Senior Independent Director, succeeding Shirley Smith.

David Montague also stepped down as Chair of the New Business Committee with effect from 1 July 2026, and John Kelting has been appointed as Chair of that Committee with effect from the same date.

There are no further details required to be disclosed in relation to the appointments of Michele Faull, John Kelting and Susan Shehata under the applicable UK listing and disclosure requirements.

These changes reflect the Board's ongoing succession planning and refreshment programme.
