Theo Fennell plc announces today that Alasdair Hadden-Paton, currently deputy chairman, has been appointed finance director of Theo Fennell plc with effect from 7 December 2012.

Alasdair is a chartered accountant with over 30 years financial experience in the luxury goods, hotel, property investment and venture capital sectors. Currently non-executive director of OKA Direct Ltd and Chance Entertainment Ltd, Alasdair previously spent 16 years with Townhouse Hotel Investments Ltd, which owned a number of five star hotels in prime London locations before selling out in 2006.

Gavin Saunders has announced his intention to resign from his position as finance director in order to join GIFTLAB.com, a new luxury e-commerce site launched by Carmen Busquets (founding investor of Net- A-Porter). Gavin will resign from the board of Theo Fennell plc on 7 December 2012.
