JSC "National Company "Kazakhstan Temir Zholy"Regulatory Announcement: Appointment of the Chairman of the Management Board

Astana, Kazakhstan - July 29, 2026 - JSC "National Company "Kazakhstan Temir Zholy" (the "Company" or "KTZ") hereby announces that in accordance with the resolution of the Management Board of JSC "Sovereign Wealth Fund "Samruk-Kazyna" dated July 20, 2026 (Minutes No. 40/26), acting as the Sole Shareholder of the Company, Mr. Elzhas Muratovich Otynshiev has been appointed as the Chairman of the Management Board of KTZ.

The key terms of the appointment are as follows:

· Effective Date: July 20, 2026.

· Term of Office: 3 (three) years.

· Authority: Pursuant to the applicable laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Company's Charter, the Chairman of the Council of Directors of KTZ has been authorized to execute the respective employment agreement and employment acts.

This resolution constitutes the official decision of the Sole Shareholder of the Company in accordance with Clause 5 of Article 35 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Joint Stock Companies".
