United Utilities Board Changes

 

United Utilities Group PLC announces changes to the membership of the Board and the Remuneration Committee due to come into effect at the conclusion of the AGM held on 17 July 2026:

 

After over nine years as an independent non-executive director, Alison Goligher will step down from the Board and not stand for re-election at this year's AGM. United Utilities' Chair, Sir David Higgins said "Since her appointment in 2016, Alison has been a highly valued member of the Board, bringing her independent perspective and mindset to board discussions. She will be much missed and we wish her well in her future roles."

 

With Alison stepping down, Ian El-Mokadem will become a member of the Remuneration Committee at the conclusion of the AGM on 17 July 2026.
