Hostelworld Group plc ("Hostelworld" or the "Group")

Board Committee Changes

 

The Board of Hostelworld announces that, following a review of Board Committee composition, the memberships of the Audit Committee, Remuneration Committee, and Nomination Committee have been revised with effect from 10 August 2026.

 

The revised committee memberships are as follows:

 

Audit Committee

- Paul Duffy (Chair)

- Karen Myers

- Evan Cohen

 

Remuneration Committee

- Karen Myers (Chair)

- Wais Shaifta

- Marieke Bax

 

Nomination Committee

- Marieke Bax (Chair)

- Karen Myers

- Wais Shaifta

 

The changes have been made to align committee membership with the skills, experience and expertise of the Company's Non-Executive Directors and to support the continued effectiveness of the Company's governance arrangements.

 

There are no changes to the composition of the Board.
