Octopus Renewables Infrastructure Trust plc, the diversified renewables infrastructure company, today announces, in accordance with UK LR 6.4.6 R and in line with its previously communicated plans, that James Cameron, non-executive director, has retired from the Board and stepped down as Chair of the Management Engagement Committee with effect from the conclusion of the Company's Annual General Meeting held earlier today.
Philip Austin MBE, Chair of the Board, said: "We thank James for his valuable contribution to the Company over the past six years and wish him well for the future."
