Remuneration Committee Chair
Bodycote (the “Company”) is pleased to announce that Emmanuelle Dubu, a Non-Executive Director of the Company since May 2025, has been appointed as Chair of the Remuneration Committee with effect from 24 September 2026. Emmanuelle succeeds Cynthia Gordon in this role.
As previously announced on 27 March 2026, Cynthia Gordon has stepped down from the Board with effect from 23 September 2026, having served as a Non-Executive Director since June 2022. The Board would like to thank Cynthia for her valuable contribution to the Company during her tenure and wishes her well for the future.
This announcement is made in accordance with UKLR 6.4.6.
