In accordance with UKLR 6.4.9R, Watches of Switzerland Group PLC (the "Company") announces that it has been notified that Paul Edgecliffe-Johnson, a Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit & Risk Committee of the Company, will retire as a director of Rentokil Initial plc with effect from 31 January 2027.
