The Company was informed on 23 December 2008 that on 23 December 2008 Mr David Young acquired 40,000 ordinary shares of €0.01 each ("Ordinary Shares") in the share capital of the Company at an average price to him of $0.35 per Ordinary Share. Following this trade, Mr David Young has an interest in 40,000 Ordinary Shares.
