Arc Minerals (LSE: ARCM), an exploration company focused on discovering and developing Tier 1 copper deposits in Africa, announces that Brian McMaster, a non-executive director, has resigned with effect from 11 August 2026. Brian joined the board of Arc on 1 August 2017.
