Nativo Resources plc (LON:NTVO), the precious metals company with gold mining and processing interests in Peru, announces that Non-Executive Director, Andrew Donovan, has purchased 4,000,233 Ordinary Shares of 0.15p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company.
Following the purchase, Andrew Donovan is interested in a total of 4,000,233 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.27% of the Company's issued share capital.
