Zug, Switzerland - 11 May 2026 - Coca-Cola HBC AG ("Coca-Cola HBC") announces that Stavros Pantzaris, Independent non-Executive Director, has been appointed as a director of TITAN S.A. (Euronext Brussels, Paris and Euronext Athens, under the ticker symbol "TITC") with effect from 8 May 2026.
