London, 10 June 2026 - In accordance with UK Listing Rule 6.4.9(2), Energean plc (LSE: ENOG, TASE: אנאג) notes that Andreas Persianis, Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company, has been appointed as an independent non-executive director of National Bank of Greece (Cyprus) Ltd, a subsidiary of National Bank of Greece S.A. (XATH:ETE).

The appointment has received regulatory clearance from the European Central Bank and is effective from 8 June 2026.
