Octavia Morley, Senior Independent Director of Marston's PLC, will join the Board of Wickes Group Plc (the 'Company') as a Non-executive Director with effect from 1 June 2026. Octavia will join the Company's Audit and Risk, Nominations, Remuneration and Responsible Business Committees upon appointment.
