BlackRock Greater Europe Investment Trust plc (the "Company") announces that Andrew Impey, Chairman of the Company, has ceased to serve as Chairman and non-executive director of Pacific Assets Trust plc with effect from 25 September 2026. This follows Pacific Assets Trust plc entering members' voluntary liquidation on 24 September 2026, following shareholder approval of a scheme of reconstruction with Schroder Asian Total Return Investment Company plc
