CANAL+ SA (LSE: CAN, the "Company"), the global media and entertainment company, is pleased to announce, with effect from 16 April 2026, the appointments of David Mignot (CEO CANAL+ Africa, CEO MultiChoice) and Christophe Pinard-Legry (CEO of Europe and CEO for France, in charge of business) as members of the Management Board of the Company, chaired by Maxime Saada, alongside Amandine Ferré and Anna Marsh, and of Gérald-Brice Viret (CEO of CANAL+ France in charge of Programmes and Channels) as permanent invitee to the Management Board.

David Mignot is a director of MultiChoice Group Limited, which de-listed from the Johannesburg Stock Exchange and A2X on 10 December 2025. There is no further information to be disclosed in respect of paragraphs 6.4.8(1) to 6.4.8(6) of the Financial Conduct Authority's UK Listing Rules.
