Calgary, AB and Houston, TX - May 8, 2026 - PetroTal Corp. ("PetroTal" or the "Company") (TSX: TAL, AIM: PTAL and OTCQX: PTALF) announces that Gavin Wilson, Non-Executive Director, acquired 240,000 Common Shares in the Company on May 7, 2026 at a weighted average price of £0.301 per Common Share.
As a result of this transaction, Mr. Wilson's total beneficial interest in the Company is now 335,000 Common Shares.
