Cavendish plc (AIM:CAV) has been notified that, on 14 July 2026, Ben Procter, Chief Financial Officer, sold 221,929 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of £0.091 per Ordinary Share and then purchased 221,929 Ordinary Shares at a price of £0.091 into his IG ISA account as part of a "Bed and ISA" transaction.
As the transfer did not result in a change in beneficial shareholding, Ben Procter's total shareholding remains at 1,832,113 Ordinary Shares representing 0.47% of the issued share capital of the Company.
