Delay to publication of annual report and accounts

 

Mirriad announces that, as a result of its ongoing administration, the Company will not publish its annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 December 2025 ("FY25 Accounts") by 30 June 2026, as required by the AIM Rules. Should the Company exit administration, trading in Mirriad's ordinary shares on AIM will remain suspended until such time that the FY25 Accounts have been published and posted to shareholders.
