Delay in Publishing 2025 Annual Financial Report

PYX Resources Limited (NSX: PYX | LSE: PYX) advises that the annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 December 2025 (the "2025 Annual Report and Accounts") will not be finalized ahead of the 30 April 2026 deadline.

In accordance with the listing rules, the Company is required to publish its audited 2025 Annual Report and Accounts by 30 April 2026. However, the Company is continuing to work with its auditors, Pitcher Partners, to finalise the audit of the financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2025. Despite the best efforts of all parties, the Company requires further time to finalise these accounts and for the auditor to complete its procedures with respect thereto.

As a result of the delay in publishing the 2025 Annual Report and Accounts, the Company has applied for a temporary suspension of trading in its shares from the Official List and from trading on the London Stock Exchange with effect from 7.30 a.m. on 1 May 2026. Following the publication of the 2025 Annual Report and Accounts the Company will make an application for the suspension to be lifted. The Company intends to request restoration of trading in its shares following publication of its audited FY25 Annual Financial Report. Further updates will be provided as appropriate.
