Correction to Notice of Annual General Meeting

Synectics plc (AIM: SNX), a leader in advanced security and surveillance solutions, announces a correction to its Notice of Annual General Meeting ("Notice of AGM") which was posted to shareholders on 14 April 2026.

The Company has become aware of an error in Resolution 12 (b) of the Notice of AGM which appeared in the original as below:

b) (otherwise than pursuant to sub-paragraph (a) of this provision) up to an aggregate nominal amount of £1,779,444 shares being approximately 10% of the Company's present nominal issued share capital

However, Resolution 12(b) should have appeared as follows:

b) (otherwise than pursuant to sub-paragraph (a) of this provision) up to an aggregate nominal amount of £355,888 shares being approximately 10% of the Company's present nominal issued share capital

Accordingly, Resolution 12(b) will be proposed at the AGM, following this correction, with the figure of £355,888.

An updated version of the Notice of AGM is now available on the Company's website at www.synecticsplc.com. Shareholders who have elected to receive physical copies of the Notice of AGM will receive an updated version.
