Correction re: Q2 2026 Operations Update
Atalaya Mining (LSE: ATYM) announces that it has identified an error in the net cash figure stated in its Q2 2026 Operations Update announcement dated 14 July 2026.
The announcement stated a net cash position of €340.2 million as of 30 June 2026, however, the correct figure is €318.4 million. For clarity, the erroneous and corrected balance sheet paragraphs are shown below.
The clerical error was identified following a further review of the Company's accounts in relation to its upcoming Q2 2026 Financial Results, which will be announced on 11 August 2026. The correction does not affect any other financial or operational information contained in the original announcement.
The Company has reviewed the circumstances giving rise to the error and is taking appropriate steps to strengthen the relevant reporting controls.
