AIM Announcement 22 April 2026

Celsius Resources Limited (the "Company") (ASX, AIM: CLA) announces that pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.1, Celsius Resources Limited (the "Company") requested a trading halt in respect of the ordinary shares of the Company on the Australian Securities Exchange ("ASX") which commenced today.

Trading of the Company's shares on AIM remains unaffected.

For the purposes of ASX Listing Rule 17.1, the Company provided the following information:

1. The trading halt is requested pending the release of an announcement in relation to developments associated with an alternative conflict resolution process and governance of its Philippine affiliate company, Makilala Mining Company, Inc ("MMCI"). 

2. The Company requests that the trading halt continue until the earlier of the Company releasing an announcement, or the commencement of trading on Friday 24 April 2026.

3. The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.

4. The Company is not aware of any additional information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.

Further to the Company's announcement on 13 April 2026 referencing the Company's proposed restructuring of MMCI, MMCI has received correspondence from Sodor, Inc in relation to the alternative conflict resolution process and the governance of MMCI. The Company will announce further developments following legal review and advice.

This announcement has been authorised by the Board of Directors of Celsius Resources Limited.

The information contained within this announcement is deemed by the Company to constitute inside information as stipulated under the Market Abuse Regulations (EU) No. 596/2014 as it forms part of UK Domestic Law by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018.
