Celsius Resources Limited ("Celsius" or the "Company") (+ASX, AIM: CLA) advises that the Annual General Meeting of the Company is scheduled to be held on or around 24th November 2026.

An item of business at the Annual General Meeting will be the election of directors. In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, the closing date for receipt of nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a director is 18 September 2026.

Any nominations must be received at the Company's registered office (Suite 8, 110 Hay Street, Subiaco WA 6008) no later than 5.00 pm (WST time) on 18th September 2026.
