Confirmation of Capital Reduction

The Beauty Tech Group plc, a global leader in the rapidly growing at-home beauty technology market, announces that the cancellation by the Company of its share premium account (the "Capital Reduction") was confirmed by an Order of the High Court of Justice in England and Wales on 14 July 2026. The Capital Reduction became effective on 16 July 2026 upon registration of the Order by the Registrar of Companies.
