Confirmation of sale of warehouse in Ede for €23.5 million
18 May 2026 - abrdn European Logistics Income plc (the "Company" or "ASLI"), which is in the process of selling down its portfolio of European logistics real estate, announces that it has now completed on the previously announced sale of its warehouse located in Ede, the Netherlands, as part of its shareholder-approved managed wind-down.
The 39,569 square metre freehold warehouse which is leased to AS Watson (Property Continental Europe) B.V. until 31 July 2033 has been sold for €23.5 million, a 2.9% discount to the property valuation as at 31 December 2025. As part of the sale agreement, the Company has agreed to undertake certain climate related remedial works at a cost of no more than €0.5 million. An equivalent sum of €0.5 million will be held in escrow until such works are completed.
