The Company advises that it is in a closed period (in accordance with the provisions of the Market Abuse Regulation) in relation to the announcement of the Company's Half Year Report and Financial Statements for the period ended 31 March 2026.
The Company confirms that all inside information (as defined in the Market Abuse Regulation) which the Directors and the Company may have held has been announced to the market. Accordingly, in the absence of any new undisclosed inside information arising, the Company is not prohibited from repurchasing its own shares, during the period prior to release of the Half Year Report and Financial Statements for the period ended 31 March 2026. The Board anticipates that the Half Year Report and Financial Statements will be announced to the market on or around Thursday, 4 June 2026.
