Completion of the sale of Venus Rock Estates in Cyprus

Further to the Company's previous announcements in respect of the sale of its interests in Aristo Developers Limited ("Aristo"), the Directors are pleased to announce the receipt by DCI of €3.5 million, being full settlement in respect of the sale of Class A Preferred Shares in DCI Holdings Two Limited which represent the ownership and management rights of Venus Rock Estates Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Aristo. In relation to the sale, the Company paid capital gains tax plus interest assessed by the Cyprus tax authorities in the amount of approximately €1.78 million. The Company is considering lodging an appeal against the tax assessment. 

The completion of the sale of the Company's remaining indirect 10.68% shareholding in Aristo for the agreed aggregate sale price of €6.15 million remains subject to tax clearance in Cyprus.
