Completion of the sale of Searches UK Limited
NAHL (AIM: NAH), a leading marketing and services business focused on the UK consumer legal market, is pleased to announce that further to its announcement on 27 August 2026, it has completed the sale of its non-core, wholly-owned subsidiary, Searches UK Limited, to TM Group (UK) Limited for an enterprise value of £1,234,000 on a cash and debt-free basis.
The transaction completed on the same terms as previously disclosed and is aligned with the Group’s focus on accelerating value for shareholders.
